Hammer grinder Др for grinding oil-plants is designed for fine grinding of vegetable oilcake after getting oil from it (first and second pressing). Before getting into the grinder oilcake has to be freed from metal contamination (none) for maintaining required process variables of the grinder process.

Hammer grinder consists from a shell of the grinder and an electric motor installed on the upper cover of the grinder. An axle with a disc plate put on it is mounted on two bearings in the shell. Crushing planes (hammers) are fixed to the axle. There is a hole for discharging ground oilcake at the bottom of the shell. The grinder rotor is rotated by the electric motor, installed on the upper cover of the grinder. Hammers are executive devices which are fixed loose to canes. When the grinder axle rotates hammers come to radial position and clap pieces of the material fed through the feeding mechanism.
