OILPRESS manufactures the following equipment:

FOR PRODUCING VEGETABLE OILS BY PRESSING


Oil press МП (forepress) is designed for primary cold or hot pressing of oil-based crops and their oilcakes according to the schemes of one, two or three multiple pressing.	Fire-pans ЖЗУ (5 – 6 tubs) are designed for preparation of oil grains and their oilcakes for vegetable oil extraction by the method of their moisture and heat processing in the tubs of the fire-pan both by one-stage and two-stage pressing.

Oil press МП (expeller) is designed for final pressing of oil-based crops oilcakes to the schemes of one, two or three multiple pressing.

FOR OIL PURIFICATION

	Shaker screen is designed for primary vegetable oil purification from slough fractions after getting it by pressing.
	Oil filter МФР is designed for fractionation of vegetable oil and solid phase contained in it, that is represented by mechanical particles of oilcake. Nonsoluble mechanical impurities deteriorate quality of vegetable oil.

FOR GRAIN AND BEANS EXTRUSION

Extrusion machine series Э are designed for oil plant seed extrusion including soy beans, rape seeds and succeeding use of oilcake for obtaining oil by the method of pressing, for preparation feed concentrates and processing agricultural waste products.

FOR OILCAKE PREPARATION FOR ITS SUCCEEDING PROCESSING

Hammer grinder is designed for fine grinding vegetable oil oilcake after getting oil from it (first and second pressing).

4 and 3 tubs fire-pan is designed for moisture and heat processing of oil-cakes of first pressing.

FOR RECEIVING HEAT ENERGY VEGETABLE OIL WASTE PRODUCTS

AND AGRICULTURAL WASTE PRODUCTS UTILIZED

Boiler for burning oil plant waste products is a combustion chamber for utilization waste products received when processing oil-bearing raw materials (peelings, parings, oil-bearing dirt, preformed peelings). Enough heat energy is released when processing waste products of this production operation that heads for heating heat carriers used for heating premises, processing equipment etc.

FOR RECEIVING COMBUSTIBLE BRIQUETTES FROM VEGETABLE OIL WASTE PRODUCTS AND

AGRICULTURAL WASTE PRODUCTS RECEIVED DURING PROCESSING

Waste products briquetting machine is designed for pressing dry refuses. The plant permits to receive high quality briquettes from a wide variety of waste products of vegetable origin: sunflower peelings, oil-bearing dirt, parings, sawdust, bark, mill offals, flax scotch, hay, straw, and the further use of produced briquettes like fuel for boilers of different modification groups. Theses briquettes are manufactured without chemical fixages by the method of high pressure.

Dryer СБ is designed for continuous dehumidification of gritted raw materials before their briquetting: sawdust, oil plant peelings.
